Polycarbonate Lenses All Bobster® Eyewear feature thin, lightweight, and strong polycarbonate lenses. Polycarbonate lenses are the preferred lenses for most performance eyewear, and are ideal for those who ride motorcycles, or participate in watersports, winter sports, hunting, etc. Unlike ordinary lenses, polycarbonate lenses are shatter-resistant and will NOT splinter if hit by fast-moving objects, such as debris and small stones. Our Bobster® designs are fitted only with premium quality shatter-resistant polycarbonate lenses meeting the American ANSI standard for UV protection. This provides complete protection from invisible ultraviolet light that can be damaging to the eye. Anti-fog Coating Bobster® lenses that feature anti-fog coating provide extra resistance against fog build-up and blurred vision.
